Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson founded Connectus Global in January of 2018. Within his role, Mike is responsible for all the operations, company strategic R&D and the development path of Connectus. Prior to assuming his role Mike was president of Manderson Resources, an executive coaching company that held proprietary technology for propensity modeling and sales strategy for executives in large growth companies in Australia. Mike also holds the position on the board for Luna Glamping and an advisory board position with Sandy Feet retreat in Belize.

Previous to this Mike was the president of Schmike Cycles, Niche Outdoor Sports and Fort McKay Geo Analytics. Following an equity exit, Mike went to work at a global mining OEM and held positions such as Project Manager, Business Development Manager, and Global account manager with a focus on tier 1 EPCMs. In these roles, Mike’s responsibilities spanned from Alberta, US, Germany, Aruba, Venezuela and Asia specific with a special focus on Australia. Mike has led the development of an Ai solution to identify personnel in a hazardous environment alongside with asset tracking solution and electronic permit to work enterprise. Mike holds three trade tickets; Steamfitting/Pipefitting, B pressure Welder and Boilermaker certification. Mike also holds his ABSA level 4 Boiler Inspection and Trouble Shooting ticket, Steam System Design and level two Nuclear Leak Sealing certificate.

Dave Bukvic

In this role, Dave is responsible for leading client relationship management, growth plan strategy, and driving a strong sales culture within the organization. Prior to assuming this role Dave had previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development with a prominent Industrial Construction and Maintenance Contractor located in Western Canada. Subsequent to his career in energy Dave has had a successful career in the hospitality industry as a co-proprietor of several notable food and beverage establishment in Southern Alberta. Dave came to the oil industry and rose through the ranks working hands-on with the heavy machinery as a roughneck in the drilling industry. Navigating through various fields in the energy sector his approach to business and people skills led him to have positions as Account Manager, Operations Manager, Marketing Director, Sales Manager and Senior Vice President of Business Development.

Dave also founded and lead the sales and marketing initiative for a startup of a large volume remote camp manufacturing entity overseeing both operations and sales as well of an oilfield equipment rental business a facility/pipeline construction company several years after. Dave’s experience in various fields has been an asset to both his personal growth and career advancements. Dave holds a diploma in applied Chemical Engineering Technology and graduated with a minor in finance. Dave is a strong believer in giving back to the community and currently is involved in donating his time and resources and several charities such as the Orphan Relief Foundation for Poland and WHOAS (Wild Horses of Alberta Society).

Abhinav Jain

Abhinav joined CSL Capital Management as Vice President after spending 10+ years in the oil and gas industry across a variety of functions such as investment banking, strategy consulting, field operations and portfolio company management.

Prior to joining CSL, Abhinav had been advising various oilfield services startups (such as Corva, Drill2Frac, SensOLeak, QuantumPro) and portfolio companies of several energy private equity groups (such as EV Private Equity, Total Energy Ventures, Energy Innovation Capital, Altira Group, Apollo Global Management, TPG). Prior to this role, he worked at PwC’s oil and gas investment banking group in Houston, providing M&A transaction services to middle-market oilfield services companies. In addition, he also worked with ConocoPhillips and Lazard’s oil and gas investment banking group in Houston, evaluating E&P investment opportunities and providing M&A transaction services to E&P and oilfield services clients respectively.

Abhinav’s oil and gas industry career started in 2009 in Norway with Fugro as an Offshore Seismic Engineer, after which he joined Schlumberger as a Wireline Field Engineer in the USA. Abhinav has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT Durgapur in India and a Masters of Business Administration in energy finance from The University of Texas at Austin and London Business School (U.K.).

Abhinav also serves on the Energy Advisory Board of Rice Alliance for Technology and the Investment Committee of Houston Exponential.

David Steakly

David has been an active investor in early-stage companies since 2007. A co-founder of Texas HALO Fund, David serves on the Board of Directors of a number of his portfolio companies including HeatGen, Nexus AI and myLab Box. He is a past Chairman of the Houston Angel Network, recognized by the Angel Resource Institute as one of the most active angel networks in the nation. Previously, David was a Partner at Accenture, serving clients in the financial services industry, for almost 20 years. David studied Mathematics and American Studies at Williams College.

Kaustubh Dighe

Kaustubh is an Oil Field Services executive who has held various roles from Managing Director to hands-on Offshore operations. He has worked extensively in the Offshore Drilling and FPSO industries and has an in-depth understanding of industry fundamentals and the cyclical nature of the industry. He focuses on delivering value-creating results by developing teams around a shared vision, a common set of values and executing innovative solutions. He has been successful in achieving results in complex opportunities with both National Oil Companies and IOCs. He partners with Private Equity firms to search for investment opportunities and provides guidance to Investment Banks, Fund Managers and Management Consultants.

Kaustubh also has entrepreneurial interests having successfully started companies and secured patents. He advises other entrepreneurs through board positions and voluntary work.

Terrel Edwards

Terrell Edwards is President of Teamwork Group of companies, serving as business consultant and labor services provider. Terrell advises organizations on strategies to create motivate and build a positive culture within the workplace using process standards and his R3 strategy. Building solid long-term business relationships through quality and dependability has been Teamwork’s primary platform for over 15 years. As a world traveler, former business development manager, and operations executive, Terrell’s passion for helping people develop and keeping them safe blossomed more than 20 years ago. His experience traverses a wide range of industries. Serving as Vice President of environmental health and safety in Electrical construction for Westward group of companies and Division 26 Inc, to manufacturing and healthcare for Christenson Communities and Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Terrell holds the NCSO safety professional certification and is a certified leadership and career coach through the Alberta construction safety association. When not helping others’ careers and promoting safety. Terrell is a highly regarded stage performer and singer. Terrell and his tri-city rat pack share the stage at the Mirage in Las Vegas with the likes of legendary tonight show host Jay Leno and has been the opening act for the stand-up comedian since 2017. He serves on the board of directors for the Festival place performing arts council. And also founded the reach mission foundation, raising hundreds and thousands of dollars for youth, poverty, and the Alzheimer society through major production entertainment events.
