Mr. Nimchuk is a serial entrepreneur having been involved in multiple start-up organizations within varied industries; many of these entities are ongoing successful organizations today. His most notable success story was Flexpipe Systems that started as an R&D initiative and grew to $100 MM in annual revenues within 5 years before it was sold to Shawcor in 2008. During his tenure as a seasoned CFO, his strategic mindset and leadership qualities were strengthened as a result of great mentorship and the advent of a business coach. It was through these experiences that Mr. Nimchuk was able to hone his skills within the five foundational pillars of a business leader; strategic thinker, operational excellence, sales and marketing focus, financial acumen and, people and leadership skills.
